These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use The Dualist Hub website, purchase a digital product or arrange a paid service.

Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using The Dualist Hub website, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. Additional terms may apply when you purchase a digital product or enter into a written agreement for paid services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, purchase a product or commission a service from The Dualist Hub.

Using this website
You may access and use The Dualist Hub for lawful personal, educational and informational purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not deliberately interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, collect information through unauthorised automated methods, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
The Dualist Hub may restrict access to a feature or take reasonable protective action where misuse, security risk or unlawful activity is suspected.
Editorial and informational content
Content published by The Dualist Hub is provided for general informational, educational, editorial and inspirational purposes.
The Dualist Hub aims to publish useful and considered information, but does not promise that every item will remain complete, current, error-free or suitable for every person, location or situation.
You remain responsible for assessing information, checking important details with an appropriate source and making your own decisions before acting on website content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content from The Dualist Hub is not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, immigration or other regulated professional advice.
Templates, planners, checklists and educational resources are general tools. They do not guarantee a particular business, financial, employment, educational, immigration or personal outcome and should not replace advice from a suitably qualified professional where that advice is appropriate.

The Dualist Hub may link to or use websites, products, payment systems, embedded content and services operated by third parties.
The Dualist Hub does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, pricing or independent actions. When you use a third-party service, its own terms and policies may also apply.
Digital Shop purchases
Product information
Each digital-product page will provide a description of the product, the main included files or features, the price and any important format, compatibility or usage information available at the time of sale.
Product images and mock-ups are presented to help explain the product. Screen colours, device displays, software behaviour and printed results can vary. The written product description identifies what is included in the purchase.
Orders, prices and payment
Digital products from The Dualist Hub are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, issues receipts and handles applicable transaction taxes in accordance with its checkout terms and legal obligations.
The total amount payable, available payment methods and applicable taxes will be shown before the customer submits the order. A purchase is confirmed when the authorised checkout provider accepts payment and sends the order confirmation.
The Dualist Hub may correct an obvious pricing or product-description error before accepting an order. If an accepted order cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed and an appropriate refund will be arranged.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Digital products are delivered electronically. The delivery process, download support, cancellation rules, refund requests and remedies for faulty or incorrectly described content are explained in the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy .
Where required, customers must request immediate electronic delivery and acknowledge the effect that beginning supply has on any applicable cancellation right. This does not remove statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
Digital-product licence
Unless a product page expressly provides a different licence, purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for the purchaser’s own personal use or internal use within one business.
The purchaser may download and save the supplied files, complete or edit fields intended to be editable, and print a reasonable number of copies needed for their own permitted use.
A purchase does not transfer copyright, trade marks, design rights or ownership of the original product to the purchaser.
Licence restrictions
Unless The Dualist Hub gives prior written permission or a product page provides a broader licence, the purchaser must not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the original files;
- share one purchase with another person, organisation or client;
- upload the product to a public website, shared library or marketplace;
- present the original template, design or resource as their own creation;
- modify the product and sell or distribute the modified version;
- remove ownership or rights notices where they are included; or
- use the product for an unlawful, misleading or infringing purpose.
A consultant, virtual assistant, agency or other service provider may not use one standard purchase to supply the original product to multiple clients unless the relevant product includes an appropriate commercial or multi-client licence.
A material breach of this licence may end the purchaser’s permission to use the product. Ending the licence does not affect rights or remedies that arose before termination.
Paid services
Enquiries and service agreements
Sending an enquiry does not require either party to proceed. A service arrangement begins only when the scope, price and relevant terms have been confirmed in writing and any required initial payment has been received.
The proposal, statement of work, invoice or written agreement for a service may specify the deliverables, timetable, fees, payment schedule, client responsibilities, revisions, cancellation arrangements and other project-specific terms.
Where a project-specific written term differs from these general Terms, the project-specific term will apply to that service to the extent permitted by law.
Service fees and payment
Service fees and payment dates will be stated in the applicable proposal, agreement or invoice. Payments may be collected through Stripe, bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. Stripe is a payment processor and does not become the provider of The Dualist Hub’s services.
The Dualist Hub may pause work and revise the delivery timetable if an agreed payment is overdue. Any deposit, advance payment or staged payment will be handled in accordance with the written project terms, the work completed and applicable law.
Client responsibilities and changes
The client must provide reasonably requested information, materials, access, decisions and feedback in sufficient time for the work to proceed. The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied for the project can lawfully be used.
A request that changes the agreed scope, volume, deadline or deliverables may require a revised quotation, timetable or written agreement. The Dualist Hub is not required to perform additional work that has not been agreed.
Service delivery, cancellation and refunds
General information about service delivery, consumer cancellation rights, client cancellations, rescheduling, service problems and refunds appears in the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy .
Where a client is acting as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights apply. Business clients do not automatically receive rights that the law grants only to consumers.
Service work and intellectual property
The applicable proposal or agreement will state how rights in bespoke deliverables are handled. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of The Dualist Hub’s pre-existing materials, methods, templates, systems, branding and general knowledge remains with The Dualist Hub.
Any agreed transfer or licence of rights in a final deliverable takes effect only after the relevant fees have been paid in full. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and cannot be transferred beyond the rights made available by their owners.
Confidentiality and client information
Each party should use reasonable care with confidential information received for a service and use it only as needed for the agreed work, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.
Clients should not send passwords, complete payment-card details, identification documents or other highly sensitive information unless a secure and specifically agreed method is available. Personal information is handled in accordance with The Dualist Hub’s Privacy Policy.
Comments, feedback and submitted material
If you submit a comment, suggestion, testimonial, correction or other material, you must have the right to provide it and must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious or designed to compromise another person’s privacy or security.
You retain ownership of material you create. Where you intentionally submit material for public display, you give The Dualist Hub permission to host, reproduce and display it for the purpose for which it was submitted. The Dualist Hub may moderate or remove submitted material where reasonably necessary.
Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original text, branding, layouts, graphics, downloads and other original materials published by The Dualist Hub are owned by or licensed for use by The Dualist Hub.
You may read publicly available content, share links to it and make limited lawful references to it. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, commercially exploit or substantially copy original content from The Dualist Hub without permission unless applicable law allows it.
Rights in third-party trade marks, product names, logos, images and other materials remain with their respective owners.
Licensed and assisted material
Some materials may be created using properly licensed resources, third-party services or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools. The use of those tools does not transfer third-party rights to The Dualist Hub or to website visitors.
Website and product availability
The Dualist Hub may update, correct, reorganise, suspend or remove website content, features or products as the website develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Removing a product from future sale does not remove a customer’s existing statutory rights. Customers should securely retain purchased files and receipts rather than rely on permanent online storage or indefinite download access unless that access is expressly promised.
Responsibility and liability
The Dualist Hub will provide paid digital content and services with the care and standards required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, The Dualist Hub is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from general editorial content, third-party services, unsupported technology, unlawful use of a product, or a user’s failure to follow supplied instructions.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights available to consumers. Any limitation relating to a paid service may also be stated in the relevant written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled as described in The Dualist Hub’s Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie Policy and through the website’s consent controls where required.
Changes to these Terms
The Dualist Hub may update these Terms when its website, products, services, payment arrangements or legal obligations change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.
The version in force when a product order or service agreement is made will normally apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory law and any later written agreement between the parties.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced
If a court or other competent authority decides that one part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Any affected provision will be interpreted or limited only as far as reasonably necessary to make it lawful and effective.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory rights or protections that apply to a consumer in the country where they live.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires a dispute to be brought in another court.
